I have a PhD. degree in astronomy from the Autonomous National University of México. I also completed a pre-doctoral internship at the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore USA. I worked as a post-doctoral researcher at the Andalucia’s Astrophysics Institute in Granada, Spain for over 5 yers. Currenty I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Paris Observatory.  My research is focused on the study of the molecular gas in galaxies through the observation of dense gas tracers at millimeter wavelenghts, using mainly the 30m IRAM single dish and the Plateau de Bure IRAM Interferometer.
